Moodle Downloader

A Windows app that files every lecture slide, tutorial sheet and assignment brief published on Moodle into UNIT / Week 01–12 folders, then keeps them current by itself — built for students with no technical background: one download, no install.

  • —Reverse-engineered Monash's custom course format — a breadth-first crawler resolves deeply nested week sub-sections to the correct folder, and Moodle's own AJAX course API removes any manual configuration
  • —Credential-free security model — login runs in a real browser through university SSO and MFA, so the tool never handles a password; session cookies persist locally for silent headless re-authentication
  • —Incremental manifest sync makes every run idempotent — late-released solutions arrive automatically, nothing downloads twice, and deleted files self-heal

Designed and built this portfolio from scratch — editorial typography, staggered Framer Motion animations, CSS-only 3D tilt skill cards, interactive Asia-Pacific map, and scroll-stacking cards. Deployed on Vercel.

  • —Content Security Policy (CSP) — restricts script, image and font origins to a strict allowlist; blocks iframe embedding and object injection
  • —HTTP security headers — X-Frame-Options (clickjacking), X-Content-Type-Options (MIME sniffing), Referrer-Policy (URL leakage), Permissions-Policy (camera / mic / geolocation), HSTS (force HTTPS for 2 years)
